CANCELLATION POLICY
CANCELLATION / RESCHEDULING A credit card is required to be kept on file in order to schedule any services with Stone Cold Beauty. Your lash appointments are reserved especially for you + as a courtesy, you will receive a confirmation text for your upcoming appointment. I understand that sometimes schedule adjustments are necessary; therefore, I respectfully require to be notified before the 24 hour mark for cancellations or changes. Same day cancellations will be charged 100% the cost of the service scheduled. Should this happen more than once, it will prohibit you from scheduling future appointments. UPON ARRIVAL: Please arrive on time to your appointment with a clean face, NO eye make up and NO mascara. Mascara works against lash adhesive loosening the bond between the extension and your natural lash. NO ADDITIONAL GUESTS/CHILDREN/ANIMALS: For the safety and sanitation of my guests, Stone Cold Beauty does not allow children, animals or additional guests at the salon. NO REFUNDS: We do not offer refunds of any kind. Deposits are non-refundable and non transferable LATE ARRIVALS Here at Stone Cold Beauty we have a 10 minute late policy. If you are running late, please call ahead to let us know. Should you arrive beyond 10 minutes late, we cannot guarantee that you will receive the full service you have booked. Depending on the service(s) scheduled you may have to forfeit your appointment completely and you will be charged 100% the cost of the services scheduled. Should this happen more than once, it will prohibit you from scheduling future services at Stone Cold Beauty. NO CALL/NO SHOWS If you do not contact me to cancel/reschedule and do not show up on the scheduled date and time of your appointment you will be charged 100% the cost of the service originally scheduled. First time client No call no shows & repeat offenders will not be able to book future appointments. Fills must be booked every 2 - 3 weeks with 40% of your lashes remaining. Anything over three weeks & less than 40% is considered a full set. Thank you for your support and understanding of my salon policies✨ I reserve the right to refuse service to anyone*
